Body Speaks: How to Understand Your Body When It’s Talking to You
with Gini Behrendt
What if you could listen when your body was talking to you? What if you could even understand what it was trying to convey? What if your body could show you the path back toward wholeness? Join Gini as we explore building a relationship with our bodies. Although we will move, these sessions are not about exercises or yoga. Each week, you'll be introduced to a different area of your body and explore what that area tells you. Please bring a yoga mat if you have one. If you cannot get on the floor, you can use the chair for all movement.

About Your Instructor
Gini holds a music degree from Michigan State University. She began studying body/mind and energy healing therapies in 1992. Adding the study of Law of Attraction in 2006 and meditation in 2015 led her back to thinking about sound as a healing modality. Bringing all of this together has brought Gini great joy in her life. Gini is eager to share this unique modality of wellness in her community.
