Program Description
Power Yoga is a dynamic and fast-paced style of yoga that emphasizes strength, flexibility, endurance, and cardiovascular fitness. It features flowing sequences of poses, where breath is linked to movement, and focuses on building both physical and mental resilience. You are welcome to bring your own yoga mat and towel. If you don’t have these supplies, no worries—the Sylvania Senior Center provides everything you need. The class fee is $10.00 per person. Payment must be made online.
