Program Description

This is a 1-hour deep relaxation class. Crystal quartz sound bowls, drums, and chimes will be used to create a beautiful relaxing experience. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, pillow, or whatever you need to feel comfortable. There are plenty of chairs if you prefer to sit.
