Open Monday - Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm.

Our state-of-the-art, ADA-accessible facility is open to all adults age 55 and older (60+ for some programs). Sylvania Senior Center is an information resource offering a multitude of great programs and services.

Weather Policy

If Sylvania Schools are closed due to bad weather, Sylvania Senior Center will be open and the staff will be on site.

If Sylvania Schools are closed due to bad weather, any class with an instructor that is scheduled to meet will be cancelled. Other programs such as card clubs, writer’s group, or any other group that gets together for fun and does not use an Instructor, will not be cancelled.

If Sylvania Schools are closed due to bad weather, Sylvania Senior Center will not provide transportation for that day.

If Toledo Schools are closed due to bad weather, meals will be cancelled.

If a LEVEL 2 Snow Emergency is issued, Sylvania Senior Center will be closed.
