Body Speaks: How to Understand Your Body When It's Talking to You with Gini Behrendt

Join Gini as we explore building a relationship with our bodies. Although we will move, these sessions are not about exercises or yoga. Each week, you'll be introduced to a different area of your body and explore what that area tells you.

Introduction to Sound Healing with Crystal Bowls

Experience the sacred space of quiet sound using alchemy crystal singing bowls that help create harmony and relaxation and find inner calm.

Zoom from anywhere on your own device that has a camera, microphone, and speakers. Free.

Morning Fit: a 30-minute recorded workout of previously live sessions. Call 419-885-3913 to request a Zoom invitation. 

Open Gym

Includes exercise equipment, ping pong, and ballroom dancing - times subject to change.

Please visit the office and complete a liability waiver before using the equipment.

Strength & Balance

Increase muscle and bone density to improve whole-body balance and flexibility.

Improve strength and bone density through weight-bearing exercises.

Tai Chi

This balanced practice is designed to relieve the effects of chronic stress.
