Sound Bath

Program Description

Crystal quartz sound bowls, drums, and chimes will be used to create a beautiful, relaxing experience. Bring your yoga mat, blanket, and pillow, or whatever you need to feel comfortable. There are plenty of chairs if you prefer to sit. Space is limited. Registration required. Facilitator: Kimberly Post
