For over 25 years, Sylvania Child Care, a program of Sylvania Community Services, has provided care in a safe, secure learning environment for children. Parents have peace of mind, knowing their children are well cared for in a safe and fun learning environment.

More than 500 children have enrolled annually in our Ohio-licensed Child Care Programs. Creative activities, exciting field trips, and caring staff ensure a positive environment that nurtures and enriches children. Programs are open Monday through Friday.

Our team is highly trained, and many have over ten years of childcare experience. Lead teachers are Early Childhood Education majors, and all teachers participate in ongoing in-service training in First Aid, CPR, Communicable Diseases, and Child Abuse Prevention.

Northview is a joint venture of Sylvania Schools Career Technology Department and Sylvania Community Services. As a training site for high school students studying Early Childhood Development, preschool children have the benefit of much-individualized attention.
